The Collie Club of Austin is an AKC Breed Club.
The Club hosts conformation, agility, obedience and herding events.

The objectives of the Collie Club of Austin are:
(a) to encourage and promote the breeding of pure-bred Collies and to do all possible to bring their best and natural qualities to perfection;
(b) to urge members and breeders to accept the standard of the breed as approved by the American Kennel Club as the only standard of excellence which the Collie shall be judged;
(c) to do all in its power to protect and advance the interests of the breed by encouraging sportsmanlike competition at Dog Shows, Obedience Trials, and Agility Trials;
(d) to conduct sanctioned and licensed specialty shows, obedience and agility trials and other American Kennel Club performance events under the rules of the American Kennel Club, and to do all things necessary to promote and improve the breed;

The Club shall not be conducted or operated for profit and no part of any profits or remainder or residue from dues or donations to the Club shall inure to the benefit of any member or individual. Visit www.akc.org for information regarding the AKC, Clubs and Events.

Herding Test and Pre-Trial Test on Sheep both days

There will be NO Herding Instinct testing at these trials

Entries Limited to a total of 50 dogs per judge per day
Collie Entries Take Priority Towards Limitation
